What we handle

From the idea to the arrival details

We develop product and decoration options around your brief, then coordinate artwork, production, packaging, and shipping. You approve the creative direction, quantities, and costs.

The delivery plan starts with where the merchandise needs to be and when. Venue receiving rules, multiple destinations, and individual shipments belong in the brief from the beginning.

Planning together

Give us the date and what you know so far

Share the audience, estimated quantity, budget, and required arrival date. Include the venue or destinations, brand guidelines, and any creative references.

We will work through the options and flag where timing affects the products, decoration, or shipping plan.

A few questions

Questions about your event

Can you start with a theme or rough idea?

Yes. Share the audience, occasion, and what you want people to remember. We will help turn that into product and decoration options.

How far in advance should we reach out?

As soon as you have a likely date. Products, quantities, approvals, and destinations affect timing. For a close deadline, we will check what is feasible.

Can you work within a set budget?

Yes. Share the total budget and quantity, including whether packaging and shipping need to fit within it. We will compare options and explain the tradeoffs.

Can you deliver to a venue or individual recipients?

We can plan either approach. Share the destinations and arrival dates early. International shipments need a product and country review before confirmation.

Do we need a company store?

No. A single campaign or event can be handled as a project. A store may be useful if requests will recur.
